Description: Dumann Realty acted as a leasing broker for Bistro New York which was to sublease a retail store from the defendant 1375 Management Group LLC in NYC at a complex owned by Statecourt Enterprises.  DUMANN was instrumental in obtaining for its client a multi- million dollar leasing agreement but was denied its commission.  The suit is for $432,998 and the counterclaim is for not completing the deal and that suit is for $4,000,000.
